Our glove factories are located in Calcutta where the leather is cut, stitched and finally packed for export. Here, the 350 sewing machines used are imported mainly from SINGER & BROTHER of Japan and 50 hydraulic clicking presses are from ATOM of Italy. The workforce employed for seamless execution of production is professionally trained, highly skilled with proper discipline and their working conditions conform to the worker’s health and safety guidelines. We engage no child labour in our workplaces. The total production capacity in these units is 10 million pairs of gloves per annum. Moreover, we keep a large stock of about two million sq. ft. of gloving leather of different types so that we can supply, at short notice, various qualities of gloves in large quantities.

The finished products that are finally made for export abide strictly to the European CE norms. Our gloves are tested by SATRA, an approved CE testing institute in the U.K., and we have received certification for CATI, CATII and CATIII levels.
